Does the idea of calling a complete stranger at a company you hope to work for make you nervous? You're not alone. Most people have a deep-seated fear of making phone calls.

In this course, you'll learn the source of this fear and a simple approach to overcome it. You'll also learn how to leave clear voice mails and how to have productive conversations with administrative assistants. In addition, you'll be exposed to many general tips and tricks that will help you present yourself over the phone as effectively as possible.
