Proactive Interviewing
Believe it or not, it's very likely that the person on the other side of your interview table has no idea how to conduct an effective interview. If you can lead these interviewers to the information they actually want, without appearing to hijack the conversation, they will be thrilled. It's a rare candidate who knows how to do this.
In this course, you'll learn what the critical pieces of information are that both you and the interviewer must take away from the session. You'll learn to approach the interview as a negotiation for a trade agreement (which is in fact the case), instead of an interrogation. You will also learn to display confidence in yourself and in the job you can do.
